7 Beets (or more)
1 head celery (or more)
1 onion
2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c vinegar
1 1/2 c brown sugar
3 tbsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and mustard. Place in boiling vinegar and boil 3 min stirring all the time. Have beets cooked and cut in cubes, celery cut fine and onion minced. Add this to sauce and boil 2 min. Seal.
