1/2 gallon ice cream
2 packs of INSTANT pudding (any flavor)
coconut
1 and 1/2 cups whole milk
1 regular container of cool whip
60 Ritz Crackers
1/4 pound butter
(optional toasted coconut for top)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix instant pudding mix and milk together, then mix in vanilla ice cream until smooth.
Crush crackers and mix with melted butter, spread on bottom of 9x13 glass pan. Add filling and top with cool whip. Optional - sprinkle toasted coconut on top. Keep refrigerated until you serve and refrigerate leftovers.
