1/4 c soft butter
3/4 c sugar
1 egg well beaten
1 1/2 c pastry flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c milk
1 c blueberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl cream together butter and sugar, add egg and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk and fold in berries. Fill 12 buttered muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in a 375ºF oven 15 to 20 min.
