¾ c sifted flour
¾ c sugar
½ t baking powder
1 t salt
3 c whole Brazil nuts
2 lb. pitted dates, halved
1 c whole Maraschino cherries
3 eggs, beaten frothy
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°. Use 9” x 5” x 3” loaf pan. Grease pan and line with wax paper. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Mix in nuts, dates, and cherries. Beat eggs until frothy and add vanilla. Add eggs to flour mixture. Stir until just combined and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1¾ hours. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Store in refrigerator wrapped in foil.
