2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese,softened
1 Tbl. bottled steak sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 cup minced cooked chicken
1/3 cup celery
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients. Blend in next two ingredients and 2 Tbl.parsley. Shape mixture into a 9" log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight. Toss together remaining parsley and almonds; use to roll log in. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups

WOW this sounds easy peasy. I am sure we did not let it chill overnight. We often ate things before the proper amount of chilling time was completed:) We had to work the next day! I would make this again-definitely!
