Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbls apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls soy sauce
1 Tbl ketchup
1/2 tsp salt & Pepper
1/4 tsp garlic and onion powder
1 large onion
4 med potatoes-peeled and cut in 1/2
small bag of carrots
1 boneless pork loin ( 2 1/2 lbs)
2 Tbls cornstarch
3 Tbls water

Directions:
Directions:
whisk first 9 ingredients. Place onion on bottom of crock pot then put roast, carrots, and potatoes. Pour whisked ingredients on top
Cook all day in crock pot on high
Take out meat and veggie's put on plate
Whisk cornstarch and water REALLY GOOD then poor in hot juices left in the crock pot to make gravy---
If you don't mix it really good it will be lumpy gravy
Sometimes I take the juice and put it on the stove to get it really hot then add the whisked cornstarch and water
