1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
2/3 cups peanuts, finely chopped and roasted
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 12oz. carton frozen whipped topping-thawed
1 4 1/2 oz.vanilla instant pudding mix
2 3/4 cup milk
1 1.2 oz chocolate bar
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped and dry roasted

Directions:

Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in 2/3 cup peanuts into this mixture. Press into 13X9" baking pan. Bake at 350ºF oven for 20 min.

Combine cream cheese,peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Beat till fluffy. Stir 1 cup whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust . Chill.

Combine pudding mix,and milk; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread over cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle top with chocolate and refrigerate.
