1½ c sifted confectioners' sugar
2 T hot water
3 - 1oz. chocolate squares, melted
1 slightly beaten egg
4 T softened butter or oleo
1 t rum extract, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and hot water into melted chocolate. Beat ½ of egg into chocolate mixture then beat in remaining egg. Beat in butter, one tablespoon at a time. Blend in extract. Frosting will be thin at this point. Beat until spreading consistency. Spread on cake and trim with nuts.
