1 Tbl Sesame oil
3 Tbl.olive oil
! Tbl. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce
S&P
4 canned water chesnuts, drained and sliced
2 large mushrooms,thinly sliced
1/2 lb. fresh spinach, washed, stemmed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Toast seeds in small sauce pan over med. heat, shaking pan. Cool. Whisk in next 4 ingredients and S&P. Stir in water chestnuts and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate until ready.
At serving time,tear spinach into bowl. Add chilled mixture.and toss well.

Another recipe I personally would update just a little. Canola oil in place of olive and probably would substitute lime juice for lemon. Just personal preference. I might even serve the dressing on the side!
