1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
pimiento's (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 Tbl. sesame oil
2 Tbl. rice vinegar
2 Tbl. soy sauce
2 Tbl sesame seeds,toasted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ginger1/2 tsp. sugar
fresh ground pepper

RInse sprouts in cool water. Drain, place in large bowl. Mix remaining ing.. Pour over sprouts and toss. Cover and refrig. 2 hours or overnight.

Some of the ingredients in this recipe were fairly new to us (fresh bean sprouts,sesame oil,rice vinegar) I would imagine, But the CC was always ready to try new things, Again I would use fresh ginger today and substitute mirin for sugar. Just my thoughts.
