10 12 inch bamboo skewers
10 slices of bacon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

Peanut sauce

2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water or apple juice
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
The bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet for about 5 minutes or until partially cooked but not crisp. Cut chicken breast into strips about a half an inch thick. Place one piece of bacon on top of each piece of chicken strip and thread onto one skewer.. place all skewers on baking sheet. Put peanut butter in microwave for a few seconds to soften up, then add in soy sauce and apple juice or water and flakes..mix well and spread on top of skewers.. bake at 350 degrees until done
