1 tbl oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tsp chopped parsley
flank steak

1. Trim excess fat and tenderize steak
2. Combine all ingredients
3. Brush on steak
4. Marinade for minimum of 5 minutes each side
5. Grill steak and cut on bias
