2 c soft butter
8 oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
1/4 c horseradish drained
4 c finely-chopped watercress leaves (4 large bunches)
2 (24 oz) loaves thin-sliced brown or white sandwich bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together until well blended and fluffy. Stir in horseradish and watercress. Put sandwiches together in the usual way using a heaping tbsp. of the watercress mixture for each 2 slices of bread (do not butter bread first). Trim off crusts and wrap sandwiches in transparent wrap. Chill. Cut each square sandwich into 4 small triangular sandwiches at serving time.
