2 eggs
2/3 c sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2/3 c white vinegar
2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs, sugar, flour, mustard and salt in saucepan and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and blended. Stir in vinegar and milk. Set over moderate heat and cook stirring constantly until boiling. Boil gently 1 min stirring constantly. Cool and store in refrigerator in covered jar.
