Directions:
Use the fine blade of the food chopper to grind the ham and grind the corn relish or sweet mustard pickles through at the same time. Combine ham mixture, mayonnaise and sweet cooked salad dressing using just enough of the salad dressing to make the mixture moist but not wet. Chill. Cut the crusts from the sandwich loaves and cut each load into 7 thin slices lengthwise. Butter these slices using the 2 c butter. Spread each slice evenly with about 1/4 c of the ham filling. Put a row of olives or gherkins across the end of each slice and roll them up like a jelly roll. Wrap sandwich rolls individually in transparent wrapping paper and chill well. Cut each roll into 6 sandwiches shortly before serving time.
