2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour
1 cup milk

finely chopped parsley
one small onion, finely chopped
green pepper and celery (optional)
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

1-1 1/4 lb. lump crabmeat
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
Butter or Pam Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce ;Melt butter;make paste with flour;stir in milk slowly, stirring constantly,until thick.

Add finely chopped parsley and onion.(green pepper and celery optional-added here)

Add Worcestershire Sauce and Bay Seasoning. Next, add and mix the crab meat. Chill this mixture awhile to firm it up. Butter or Pam a glass baking dish. Place crab mixture inside and cover top with bread crumbs(Italian Seasoned preferred). Dot top of casserole with butter.

Bake at 400ºF for 15-20 min until top is browned nicely.

Note: This crab mixture can also be used to stuff giant mushrooms for excellent appetizers.
