1 pound smoked liver sausage, room temperature
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3 ounce package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Remove casing from liver sausage, blend with all other ingredients. Mold in deep bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill several hours, before serving, invert on plate, remove plastic wrap and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with crackers.
