1 10 oz box Frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz Sour Cream
1 c Kraft Mayo
2 tbsp chopped Onion
1 sm can minced/chopped Water Chestnuts
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix (dry)
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze dry. Flake with fork and set aside. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add dry soup mix, onions, and chopped water chestnuts. Stir until well blended. Mix in spinach and fold until incorporated into mixture. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
