3/4 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoon water
2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1 green pepper
1 cup salsa
3 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
sour cream - optional

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cook ground beef over medium high heat until meat is cooked, remove and drain. In bowl combine meat, taco seasonings, cheese and water. Unroll crescent dough, separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward outside, (there should be a 5 inch opening in the center). Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle, bring outside points of triangle down over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, cut top off green pepper and clean out the inside, fill with salsa. Place pepper in center of ring, arrange lettuce, onion, tomato and olives around pepper. Garnish with sour cream.
