Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Who was Uncle Jumbo? He was Pearl’s brother in law. He was the original maker of this soup. Everyone loved it and it has been used in every family that has ever had it. Many variations have been made to the original. Uncle Jumbo was a favorite of all and also is named after the “Jumbo Squeeze” If you don’t know what that is, I dare you to ask one of the children and now grandchildren:)
