1 c. Sugar
3 T. Flour
1/2 t. Nutmeg
1/8 t. Salt
1 1/2 c. thick whipping cream
1 T. Vanilla
1 T. Butter melted
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, and salt. Add cream and mix well. Add butter and vanilla and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes. REDUCE heat to 300 degrees (stir 2 or 3 times during baking carefully without tearing pie crust with rubber spatula) continue baking about 30 minutes or until filling is set up.
