"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Grind as many potatoes (raw) as desired and squeeze as much starch and water out as possible. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in enough flour to make a firm ball. Dip hands in starch water when forming balls, so they won't stick to your hands. Poke a piece of ham or bacon (small) into the center of each ball. Boil in salted water for about 50-55 minutes. Serve with butter. May be fried in butter as leftovers. May be frozen.
10 lbs = 17 sinkers | 2 1/2 c. flour
