1 can Kidney beans (drained)
2 cans Pinto beans (drain one can - look for flavored pinto beans-garlic is good)
ground round beef
1 jar salsa - Herdez Salsa Casera
1 pkg. chili mix
1 can tomato paste
water if needed

Directions:

Brown meat - season with season salt, garlic, pepper, etc to taste
Put remaining ingredients in. Cook high 1 hour or slow 2-3 hours in a slow cooker.

This recipe was properly at our Child Support potlucks. Gilbert was always asked to bring it. He doesn't have how much beef to use; but would depend how much you want in the dish.
