7 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
pinch of white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour beaten eggs, milk, salt, sugar and pepper in the top of a double boiler.
Cook at low heat stirring frequently.
Cook until it looks like soft scrambled eggs in water.
Remove and pour into strainer lined with cheese cloth.
Twist the top of cheese cloth closed and tie.
Press the bag with the back of a large spoon to remove excess water.
Let the bag drip for several hours or until set.
Refrigerate until served.
