3 cups corn 1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter 1 cup whole milk
1 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp flour
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter. Whisk together the milk & flour, and stir into the corn mixture. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and corn is cooked through. Make sure you stir often to avoid scorching. When done remove from heat, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted. Serve hot.
You can also bake in the oven at 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
