2 eggs
1-2 cups milk
pepper and salt to taste
2-3 cups flour I'm not really sure I never measure it

Directions:

Whisk eggs lightly, adding milk and whisk again add salt and pepper, then start adding flour, whisk at first but then I use a spoon once it is too thick to whisk. Add enough flour to make the dough stiff enough to spoon into soup. I use two spoons, to drop into soup make the dumplings small since they will almost double in size.

I remember growing up watching my mom and grandma make dumpling soup I never saw them have a handwritten recipe so this is the recipe that I have used from memory it has worked many times for me quick and easy.
