cans of beans; kidney, garbanzo, black
any others you may have on the shelf..
can of corn
fresh tomato, chopped small or can of tomato
fresh celery, chopped small
fresh onion, chopped small
salt and pepper

This salad is really whatever you think when you start to make it. Dump all or as many of the ingredients as you would like together...the celery is for texture... and of course taste... you can also add green or any colored pepper, chopped. It is an excellent addition to Thanksgiving dinner or for a casual pot luck supper...

We discovered this one Thanksgiving Day when Mary brought a salad... Hers had only the basic few ingredients... must have taken only about 10 minutes to put together.
