1 tube breakfast sausage ¼ c chopped red bell pepper
9” pie shell (pre-made, uncooked) 2 Tbs chopped green onion
1-1/2 c grated swiss cheese 4 eggs lightly beaten
¼ c chopped green bell pepper 1 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble sausage. Prepare pie shell and cook as directed (slightly under cooked). Mix cheese and sausage and put into shell. Lightly beat eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour into shell. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before cutting.
