2 lbs fresh baby carrots
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable or olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add carrots and enough water to cover the top of the carrots in a pot. Cover with a lid and place on medium heat and bring to a boil.
2. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until the carrots are tender when pricked with a fork.
3. When carrots become tender pour half of the water off.
4. Add melted butter, sugar and honey to carrots.
5. Place lid on pot and cook until completely tender.
