Ingredients:
1 lean pork loin
Smoker Bag ( can purchased at Kitchen Essentials in Russellville, Ar. or ordered online at www.cameronsproducts.com)
season with whatever spice you like, I like Tony Chachere's MORE SPICE, but just salt and pepper work just fine alone because the flavor comes from the smoker bag

Directions:
Directions:
Place loin in bag and place in 300º oven on a cookie sheet and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how big a loin you have

Personal Notes:
I LOVE these SMOKER BAGS ! You can cook any meat you like in them for a smokey flavor, you can also use them on the grill.
