2/3 cup milk with 1 tbsp vinegar (sour milk)
3/4 cup butter
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups pureed banana
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

Frosting:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup pureed bananas
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in bananas and vanilla. In separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk. Divide batter between tow greased and floured round layer cake pans. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 min, cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out onto wire racks. Completely before frosting.

Makes one layer cake

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
