Base:
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Middle:
Marshmallows

Top:
1 pkg chocolate chips melted
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups Rice Krispies

Bottom:
Mix together all ingredients. Place in 8 x 11 pan for 15 minutes at 350

Middle:
When bottom is cooked cover with a layer of marshmallows, place in the oven for one minute. Remove from oven and let cool

Top:
Mix ingredients together and spread over marshmallows. Put in the fridge to cool completely.

When cool, cut out and enjoy.
