1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine butter and water. Bring to a boil. Beat in flour and salt. Continue to cook until mixture leaves sides of saucepan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Then beat in the eggs.

Drop by tablespoon fulls onto a cook sheet and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

To serve cut in half and fill with your favorite filling.
