2 lbs. of Strawberries
6 oz. of Sweet and Sour mix
1 1/4 cup Light Rum
3 oz. Strawberry Flavored Jell-o
Whipped Cream
Mint Leaves (Optional)

Directions:
Prepare The Strawberries: Choose the largest you can find. Wash and Dry them. Cut a little off the bottom so they can stand upright .Cut the top off and scoop the inside out with a melon baller. Be careful not to punch any holes or break the berries.

Make the Jello:Boil 6 oz Sweet and Sour mix. Place the Jello in a bowl and add the boiling Sweet and Sour mix. Stir until the gelatin dissolves completely. Add the Rum and stir.

Place the strawberries on a plate (a mini cupcake tin works well) and fill them with the gelatin. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Leave the rest of the Jello outside the refrigerator .You might need to refill some of the strawberries that leak.Some strawberries will leak.Just wait until the initial gelatin sets and then refill the strawberries with more gelatin.

Garnish with whipped cream and mint leave

Switch out the above mix and liqueurs with:
6 oz. Margarita Mix
3/4 cup Tequila
2 oz. Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
Sugar for the rim of Berries and Lime wedges for garnish
