1 cup Butter
2 cups Brown sugar
½ cup Light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
6 quarts Popped popcorn
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda & vanilla. Gradually pour over popped corn & mix well. Pour into 2 large shallow pans, bake at 250 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Break apart & store in an air tight container.
