Ingredients:  
1 c. plus 3 T. water
3 T. oil
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. bread flour
2 tsp. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the bread machine and select dough setting.
When dough is ready, spray your baking pan and shape in to buns.
Bake at 350º for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn buns on to cooling rack and brush with butter.

You can use regular flour if you do not have any bread flour, but I like the results of this recipe better with bread flour.
I divide the dough in to 20 -24 pieces for smaller dinner rolls or slider buns; 12-15 pieces for hamburger buns; 14 pieces for hotdog or brat buns.
