1 box 42oz. old fashion oats
6-8 oz. flax seed
6-8 oz. sunflower seeds
4-6 oz. wheat germ
1 pkg. unsweetened coconut "or" sweetened coconut
2-3 cusp chopped walnuts
2-3 cups chopped almonds
8 oz. dried cranberries
8 oz. raisins
12 oz. sugar free Log Cabin Syrup "or" regular syrup
6-8 oz sugar free honey syrup "or" pure honey
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 cup stevia
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
lots of cinnamon 4-6 oz.

In a large pan the size of a chafing pan combine all ingredients except
flax seed
raisins and cranberry

Mix very well

In a preheated oven 300º bake for 80 minutes or until brown and dry- Mix granola every 20 minutes

Take out of oven add flax seed and dried fruit.

Store in jars-

I like to refrigerate the granola- It will keep the nuts fresher.

You can make this recipe with items that are not sugar free.
Regular Maple Syrup, sweetened coconut and regular honey.
