2 cups cut up cooked turkey
1 jar sliced mushrooms,drained
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease pie pan 10x1 1/2". Sprinkle turkey,mushrooms,onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. !5 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean,30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
