4 oz. (1/2 cup) brandy
1 pkg.(12 oz. ) frozen sliced peaches in syrup
2 Tbl. lemon juice
1/2 tsp.ground ginger
salt
1 pint vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brandy, peaches, lemon juice, ginger and salt in blender until smooth. Add ice cream and blend until mixed. Turn into small pan and freeze 1 hour or longer to firm up. Spoon into chilled serving dishes or glasses.. For decoration-reserve a few peach slices before blending. To serve as a sipping beverage,pour mixture into chilled glasses immediately after blending.

Actually I remember this as a summertime dessert/drink but I know the rest of this menu was made in the winter? Could be a false memory...however I DO remember it was delicious!
