Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to the eggs and work in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead thoroughly, divide into 2 portions and roll each out as thin as possible, on a floured board. Cover with cloth and let stand until partly dry. Roll up the dough and cut into 1/4-inch (or size of your desire). Spread out on paper to dry a little longer.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Noodles were not something to be purchased by Grandmothers or Mom when I was a kid. Noodles were made for soup, to mix with peas, or plain with a little butter. And eggs could be different sizes.... depending on the time of year and the hen..... one might be quite small and yet another with two yolks. You cooked with what you had.... thus the amount of flour might be quite different.
