1 cup plain flour
1 stick margarine
1 cup nuts

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup xxx sugar
1 cup cool whip (6 oz.)

3 cups milk
2 pkgs. instant butterscotch pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Press first 3 ingredients in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 pan to form crust.
Bake 15 minutes @ 300º - cool

Combine next 3 ingredients and spread on cool crust

Combine next 2 ingredients and spread on above.

Top with remainder of cool whip.
Chill for 4 hours.

*Can use any flavor pudding
