1 pkg White or Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup Butter or Margarine, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 can (21 oz) Pie Filling - apple, cherry, peach, etc.
1/2 cup White Ready to spread frosting

Directions:

Grease bottom and sides for 9 x 13" pan. Mix dry cake mix, sour cream, butter, vanilla and eggs together until blended.

Set aside 2 cup of dough; spread remaining dough in pan. Spread pie filling over dough in pan. Drop the 1 cup of dough by tablespoons onto pie filling and spread out (will not cover pie filling completely). Bake 350º for 25 - 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Microwave frosting uncovered for 15 - 20 seconds until melted. Stir and drizzle over warm coffee cake.
