1 c. shortening (or softened butter)
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugars. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, blending well. Roll walnut size balls of dough in your palms and set on cookie sheet. Flatten to about 1/4 inch with your choice of a fork, a glass, or a cookie press. Bake at 350º till just starting to brown.
