1 lb pork 1 lb. veal ( I use. All pork) 1 can corn or frozen corn 1 green pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 onion 1 small glass pimento (I use red pepper) 1\2 lb. noodles

Directions:
Fry the pork until brown and add the other ingredients except the noodles.Simmer gently a few minutes. Cook the noodles according to directions. Do not overcook. Add to the pork mixture. Place in buttered baking dish. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Really no need. To bake that long, but it is an old recipe from my Aunt Jose's mother . Nadie made it a lot.

As I said, it is an old recipe with few directions, but it was a favorite of mine and Carla liked it too. If I had too many ingredients for one can of soup I added. Another or some milk.
