1 batch of stock
2 cups diced chicken (from making stock)
1 batch of egg noodles
2 medium potatoes, diced
2 small carrots, diced(optional)
1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring stock to a boil. Add diced potatoes and carrots. Add noodles slowly, a few at a time. Stir well, reduce heat to simmer for about 20 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Add peas and cook for five more minutes.

May need to add additional water if stock has reduced too much. Finished product should be like a stew.
