2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 lb margarine or butter
4 T cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk (or soured milk - sour with vinegar)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and sugar
In a small pan, combine margarine, cocoa, water -and bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over flour mixture ad mix well by hand. Add buttermilk, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs. (Dissolve soda in milk before adding buttermilk.) Mix well.

Pour into prepare jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
