1-33oz jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (Kirkland brand from Costco is best)
1-8oz pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/4c Hellmann's Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pre-heat over to 425º

2) Drain and roughly chop artichoke hearts. Place in mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well.

3) Place mixture in a 9x9 glass baking dish, or 9" glass pie dish, bake uncovered for approx. 25min or until top is golden brown.

Best served with Triscuit or Melba crackers
