Water
1 Chicken bullion cube per cup of water
3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Pkg Celery
2 Pkg Carrots
2 Lg Onions
1 Head of garlic
1 Pkg Egg noodles (or your favorite)
Salt, Pepper, Lowry's Seasoning Salt, and Garlic Salt to taste.

Fill a large stockpot half full with water, add chicken breasts and bullion cubes. Cook on medium high heat while chopping vegetables. Chop all vegetables to your desired cut, (these can be added and decreased depending on what you like. Potatoes are also good in it). Add vegetables, cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken, chop into small pieces and add back to pot. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook according to package directions. Serve.

I used to make this all the time for mom when she was in the nursing home. I would take it in and mom would "host" a dinner party. She loved sharing with the other residents and the staff. Her friend Leo, always called it the "Stand You Up Soup!" Because, no matter what was wrong with you, it would make it better and you'd stand right up.
