1 can Jumbo Escargot
1/4# butter- 1 stick
6 cloves garlic
small amount of breadcrumbs
water

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot boil shells to sterilize. remove from water let dry on clean cloth
Drain escargot
In a sauté pan melt butter and add minced garlic cook 2 minutes. do not let garlic turn brown.
if you need more moisture you can add butter or water.
Add Escargot to pan and cook about 5 minutes or until firm coating with butter and garlic mixture
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.


You can add escargot to shells or just serve as is

If you use shells- boil shells for 20 minutes to sanitize.
