Whipping cream
a little brown sugar
vanilla

Chill glass bowl and beaters. Make sure that the container is free of any grease. Make sure the cream is very cold.
Beat cream,
When the cream is whipped to the desired consistency, fold in brown sugar and a teaspoon vanilla. The amount of sugar will depend on the amount of cream and how sweet you like it.
Store in refrigerator
